Update from the Road Commission

This year, liquid dow was applied to all unpaved roads on the south side of Day and on the north side for those who paid for the additional service. Unfortunately, there is only one company that currently provides this service to all the towns. As a result, they operate on their own schedule, which has caused delays in the past.

This matter has been discussed at several town board meetings, and we are actively exploring alternative providers. At this time we have not had success in finding another option. If you know of a possible additional source, we would appreciate you sharing that with us.
