Military banner’s in Rozellville

In 2026 the Rozellville Lions Club will mark its 5th year of honoring our veterans with the support of the Town of Day and area families. Through this program, banners are hung throughout Rozellville to recognize and honor those who served. Funds raised through this program support our veterans and their guardians, helping them to participate in the Never Forgotten Honor Flight.

Each banner is sponsored at an initial cost of $150.00, which covers the cost of printing the banner to be hung the initial year, and is due April 1. It is the intent to hang the banners prior to Memorial Day, through Veterans Day each year. The banner is the property of the sponsor and can be retained by the Rozellville Lions Club to be hung each subsequent year. The banner hangs each year at the discretion of the sponsor, based on the physical condition of the banner, and by a payment of $50.00, due April 1. The banner may be reprinted at the discretion of the sponsor at the cost of $150.00, due April 1. Payment by cash or check (payable to the Rozellville Lions Club) can be given to a club member, or sent to:

Joan Carey-Gebelein 209404 Rangeline Road, Auburndale, WI 54412

If you are interested in sponsoring a banner, offering support to this program, or requesting assistance to support participation in the Never Forgotten Honor Flight, please contact Joan Carey-Gebelein:

The Rozellville Lion’s Summer Shinding 2025

The Rozellville Lions’ Club and the Summer Shindig Committee thank all our guests who braved the rainy weather to join us at the Summer Shindig August 9th. Fortunately, the weather cleared in the afternoon and the bands, baggo and our spectacular fireworks show were able to go on. The Craft/Marketplace vendors were moved to the Town Hall. Unfortunately, the Car/Tractor Show was a washout. We appreciate the folks with classic cars who did show up and waited a couple of hours for the rain to clear out. Thank you to all our amazing volunteers! Thank you to our vendors! A special thank you to our sponsors: Solutions LLC; Door Pro; Jamie Kloos Excavating & Trucking; Town of Day; EML; Kraus Halflinger Acres – Dave & Margaret Kraus; Westside Auto Body; Reigel Plumbing & Heating; Rembs Funeral Home; Roehl Transport Inc.; Nikki Dillinger; Dorshorst Wood Recycling LLC; Stratford Family Foods; Mosquito & Pest Authority; Stratford Sign; Deborah Ann’s; Richard & Bonnie Kloos; Chip’s Hamburgers of Marshfield; House of Heating; Partner’s Bank; Buck-A-Neer Supper Club; Omega Thermo Products; Seehafers Farm Creamery LLC; Art Young Construction; Kloos Trucking LLC; The Shack; Salon Central; Owl City Woodworks; Scholl Trucking LLC; Kloos Enterprises LLC; and the Rozellville Rockets 4-H Club. We are working on adding more swings to our playground per requests from the kids using the playground, and our concession/shelter house needs repair, so your support is greatly appreciated!
