We are reaching out for general awareness that our team has filed our 180-day pre-application notice to the Wisconsin Public Service Commission (WPSC) today. The purpose of this is to notify the WPSC of our intent to file a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) permit application in the timeframe of 180 days or more.

 

Per the WPSC designated process, applicants considering the use of turbines over 600 feet are required to submit a pre-application 180 days or more prior to submitting the actual CPCN. We have not finalized the project design and therefore have not determined specific turbine size, heights or locations at this moment. This is a preliminary notification in case we determine to move forward with turbines above the 600 foot height.
